Cookie policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser to remember information between pages. This website uses as few as possible: a single technical cookie, and no profiling or advertising cookies.
Cookies and services used by this website
| Name / service | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
consenso_hotelcity | Remembers your cookie choice, so the banner does not reappear on every page. | 6 months | Not required (technical) |
| Matomo statistics | Anonymous visit counting, on our provider’s servers in Italy. No cookies: truncated IP, “Do Not Track” respected. | Detailed data 180 days | Yes, “Statistics” |
| Google Maps | Shows the map on the Contact and Where we are pages. Google may set its own cookies. | Set by Google | Yes, “External content” or clicking “Show the map” |
The Simple Booking form sets no cookies on this website; when you continue your booking on their website, their privacy and cookie policies apply. The same goes for WhatsApp when you use the button.
How to give or withdraw consent
On your first visit a banner asks what to enable: “Accept” enables everything, “Reject” or the X keep only the technical cookie, “Customise” lets you choose category by category. Continuing to browse does not count as consent. You can change your mind at any time: open cookie preferences (the link is also at the bottom of every page).
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then ask for your choice again.
